"Mind of a Soldier" is an interesting site dedicated to Tuvok and B'Elanna and the two actors portraying them. The site also has some fanfic.
Elli at "Paris Nights" has scans of publicity pictures of all Voyager actors and characters on her site. Tim's pictures can be seen here, the Tuvok stuff is here.
